About Ongela Djerf, Therapeutic Massage
Aka “Onj Elation” loves to spread joy and her sunshine energy with everyone she meets. Making people smile is what makes her heart shine! She became a Licensed Massage Therapist (graduated from AMTB in May 2023) to bring focus on body-mind awareness gained and strengthened in her journey to recovering from injuries endured from 5.5 years active duty in the Army. “Onj” deepened her Spiritual Devotion becoming a yoga teacher, desiring to assist other veterans and others in their healing journey, focusing on Reiki, Pranic Healing, and Sound Healing, intuitively incorporating these healing modalities in each yoga session and therapeutic or relaxation massage. She continues her devotion to healing through daily yoga and meditation practices, as well as sun and forest bathing with her companion dog, Sylus.
