The Sanctuary is honored to have guest practitioner Georgia Roberts leading us in circle!
Georgia Roberts is a breathwork facilitator and somatic healer, a native Pennsylvanian whose wanderlust eventually led her home to Aotearoa, New Zealand. For the past six years, she has lived in deep relationship with the plants of the land she stewards on Ngāti Manuhiri land in Matakana, New Zealand.
With over 20 years of experience in women's health, somatic work, and ceremonial practice, Georgia guides women into deeper communion with their bodies, emotions, and inner knowing.
Her work weaves breath, body, plant medicine, and ceremony, supporting women to reconnect with their bodies, listen to their inner wisdom, and come home to themselves.
The Night will Include...
~We’ll open in sisterhood, arriving fully into the space and each other’s company with a channelled message from special guest Michelle McInnis.
~We will move into transformational breathwork, using breath to open the heart and connect us to the frequency of unconditional love. This is heart centred, accessible work, no experience necessary.
~Together we'll meet the spirit of the plant called in for this evening, one with a particular gift for opening the heart.
~This is a night to soften, to be witnessed, and to remember the frequency of your own heart. Bring an open mind, a willingness to connect, and yourself, exactly as you are.

Join Cindy for a deeply grounding and heart-opening ceremony, an experiential journey of reconnection, remembrance, and reverence for the living Earth. Together, we will step away from the noise of everyday life and return to the ancient relationship between human beings and the Earth. Through drumming, chanting, sacred intention, earth offerings, and meditation, we will create space to listen, connect, and remember where we belong.

This is a monthly gathering where we explore many topics that range from out of the box, to out of the Universe. This month we'll be discussing Archetypes. We'll look at where they show up, what we're meant to learn from them and pick a few specific ones to talk about. We will conclude with a short guided meditation to connect with the archetype that is showing up most in our lives.

An integration of Astrology and Yin Yoga through ritual and practice. This promotes awareness and alignment with what we are co creating . This practice not only moves stagnation in the body, allowing for more chi and prana to flow, but it also prepares the body to receive. We will explore the current Full Moon energy and how we can work with this energy to see more of what we want in our 3D reality. Reflection Through Journaling, and releasing blockages through a gentle practice of surrender, ultimately moving us towards a state of restoration.
