6-Month Break Down The whole 6 months Corinne will be here to support and nurture you as we work through what needs to be healed, nourished, embraced, and celebrated every week!
Month 1
We will start our journey together with a
75-minute Sacred Essence Astrology Reading. This will allow us to look deeply at your birth chart and see the challenges and gifts you have been given in this life. This first month will focus on learning your cycle and the 4 phases in greater detail. We will talk about what each phase has to offer and how we can start honoring each phase.
Month 2
We will dive more into how you can add or sometimes subtract habits and beliefs. We will bring more dietary support in at this time as well. Moontime journaling and lifestyle practices will be added.
Month 3
Now we will begin to navigate any cultural, spiritual, or religious beliefs or traumas that may have kept you from experiencing the power of your sacred feminine gifts. Rituals will be added for each phase during this time along with self-care routines.
Months 4,5, and 6
Bringing it all together! Working on Self-Empowerment techniques and Body Imaging. Seeing the TRANSFORMATION come to life!
